Shappi Wallet Policy
Last Modified: August 2026
Shappi Inc.
1. What is Shappi Wallet?
Shappi Wallet is a digital balance available within the Shappi application that customers may use toward eligible Shappi service fees.
Wallet balances may be created through:
- Funds added directly by a customer;
- Refunds or approved protection claims issued by Shappi; or
- Promotional, courtesy, or service-recovery credits issued by Shappi.
Wallet balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
2. Types of Wallet Balance
2.1 Customer-Loaded Funds
Customers may use up to USD $25 in Wallet funds per order toward eligible Shappi service fees.
2.2 Refund and Approved Claim Credits
Customers may use up to USD $25 in Wallet funds per order toward eligible Shappi service fees.
2.3 Courtesy and Service-Resolution Credits
Credits issued by Shappi as a courtesy, goodwill gesture, incentive, or resolution for a service issue expire 60 calendar days after they are issued.
Customers may use up to USD $25 in Wallet credits per order toward eligible Shappi service fees.
Once expired, courtesy or service-resolution credits cannot be reinstated, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
3. Using Your Shappi Wallet
Wallet funds may be used only toward eligible Shappi service fees presented at checkout.
Wallet funds may not be used to pay for:
- Customs duties, import charges, or regulatory fees;
- Third-party shipping, merchant, or carrier charges;
- Cash withdrawals, transfers, or payments to another user; or
- Any service or charge that Shappi identifies as ineligible at checkout.
4. Per-Order Wallet Limit
Regardless of the type or total amount of Wallet balance available, customers may apply a maximum of USD $25 in Shappi Wallet funds per order.
The applicable amount will be calculated automatically at checkout. Any remaining eligible Shappi service fee must be paid using an available payment method.
5. Refunds for Orders Paid With Wallet Funds
If an eligible order paid partially or fully with Shappi Wallet is canceled or refunded, the portion originally paid with Wallet funds will generally be returned to the customer’s Shappi Wallet.
The returned balance will retain its original classification and expiration status. Courtesy or service-resolution credits will not receive a new 60-day validity period when returned to the Wallet.
6. Account Restrictions and Misuse
Shappi may limit, suspend, cancel, or adjust Wallet balances in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, unauthorized activity, payment disputes, or violations of Shappi’s Terms of Use.
7. Changes to This Policy
Shappi may modify this Wallet Policy. Changes will apply from the effective date shown in the updated policy and will not retroactively shorten the validity of customer-loaded funds or approved claim credits already issued to a customer’s Wallet.
